My experience at the Divi Phoenix was both wonderful and disappointing. I absolutely loved the friendly staff and the beautiful beach locations, which really made the stay enjoyable. However, the room condition was far from ideal as I encountered some serious issues that shouldn't be present in a resort at this price. The service was genuinely excellent, but the overall state of the rooms left a lot to be desired.

I had an exceptional stay at the Phoenix; the staff was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The location is perfect, away from loud crowds but still close to everything we needed. The accommodations were comfortable, though I encountered a couple of minor issues with the bathroom that shouldn't have been there. Overall, a beautiful resort with great amenities, making it a memorable vacation spot.

I recently stayed at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Resort for my 24th anniversary and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort has beautiful beaches and pools, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I was impressed by how clean everything was, and the views from our room's balcony during sunset were breathtaking. However, I did hear from another guest that their experience was marred by maintenance issues in their room, which is something to be aware of. All in all, it's a lovely place to spend a romantic getaway.
